Refund Policy
There is a no refund policy. Product damaged on arrival or during transport must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt and will be handled through the carriers insurance. If reported timely the product can be returned and/or exchanged; however there are no refunds. An exchange of the same product or a credit will be issued. The carrier will require that you sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the packages or load you receive. If your order appears damaged, describe the damages on the delivery receipt. You may refuse the product if you discover any damage. If there is any error on our part related to your order, such as wrong product, not receiving certain products, etc; you may return the incorrect items, receive the missing or proper product, or you will be issued a credit toward another purchase at our discretion. It is our intent to handle all such matters promptly.
